Loewe seeks a Store Maintenance Specialist in Tokyo to oversee maintenance and remodeling projects across 40+ retail locations across Asia Pacific, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead multiple maintenance, remodeling, and touch-up projects across 40+ stores, managing the complete project lifecycle from design concept to construction completion
- Supervise and coordinate external design firms, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to brand standards and project specifications
- Formulate and execute preventative, repair, and maintenance strategies across assigned retail locations to protect brand integrity and asset longevity
- Manage vendor relationships to negotiate favorable long-term partnerships and optimize price-to-performance ratios
- Support the in-house logistics team with import and export processes for overseas materials and supplies
- Conduct annual store visits to evaluate asset conditions, verify compliance with brand standards, and identify maintenance priorities
- Ensure all assigned stores remain safe, fully operational, and compliant with operational guidelines while meeting budgetary and timeline constraints
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in construction, design, or maintenance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management systems
- Demonstrated expertise in managing fixed schedules, budgets, and project timelines
- Strong understanding of brand store design concepts and retail environment execution
- Proven ability to propose alternative solutions when operational circumstances require adaptation
- Intermediate or higher English language proficiency

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in construction, design, or retail maintenance management, with demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent projects and managing external contractors and vendors across retail or commercial environments.
