Loewe Store Director position in Short Hills, NJ. Lead luxury retail operations, manage high-performing teams, and drive sales excellence. $100–$130K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and empower sales associates to achieve and exceed personal and category sales objectives while maintaining retail excellence standards
- Lead and coach the sales team through direct floor presence, mentoring, and performance management
- Manage clienteling strategies including client book utilization for new client acquisition and retention
- Achieve category and consignment percentage targets as defined by management
- Facilitate solutions to customer issues and complaints while ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
- Execute daily reporting and analysis as directed
- Oversee store visual merchandising standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager
- Monitor sales performance and implement visual merchandising adjustments to drive revenue
- Provide mentoring and feedback to sales associates based on observations and facts
- Identify training needs and collaborate with Store Manager on associate recruitment and development
- Maintain shared responsibility for store P&L and inventory accuracy
- Monitor and maintain shrink rates within company standards through regular operational follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience in a luxury setting
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient digital literacy
- Strong ability to empower others and build effective teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus
- Ability to mediate and resolve customer concerns
- Experience in the Short Hills market strongly preferred
- Foreign languages considered advantageous

Experience
Minimum 5 years of store management experience within a luxury retail environment. Experience in the Short Hills market is strongly preferred.
Education
College degree or equivalent professional experience in retail management.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
