Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and continuously empower sales associates toward achieving and exceeding personal and category sales objectives while applying retail excellence standards
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor by coaching, mentoring, and providing real-time feedback to the sales team
• Manage and lead team efforts in clienteling, including effective use of client books for new client acquisition and retention
• Meet set category and consignment percentage of total business goals as defined by management
• Facilitate solutions to customer issues and directly handle escalated customer complaints or concerns
• Ensure the highest level of customer service delivery in accordance with brand principles and corporate policies
• Carry out all operational procedures as outlined in the Retail Handbook and related materials
• Perform daily reporting and analysis as directed by regional management
• Ensure store visual merchandising guidelines are met and maintained at all times
• Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in planning and implementing vital changes to the visual environment
• Review sales frequently and take action on visual merchandising strategies to drive increased sales performance
• Mentor sales associates with constructive feedback based on facts and observations
• Maintain shared responsibility for the store's profit and loss
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards through regular operational follow-up and initiative completion

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of store management experience within a luxury retail setting
• College degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficient digital literacy and comfort with retail systems
• Ability to empower others and build highly effective teams
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to mediate issues and resolve concerns diplomatically
• Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of store management experience within a luxury retail setting, with demonstrated success in leading teams, achieving sales targets, and implementing operational excellence.

Education

College degree or equivalent professional experience in retail management or a related field.
