Loewe seeks a Store Director in Scottsdale, Arizona to lead sales, clienteling and daily boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales and category targets through active floor leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop, train and empower sales associates to deliver elevated, brand-consistent customer experiences and drive client acquisition and retention via clienteling.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, Retail Handbook procedures and loss-prevention standards.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock-control processes and consignment objectives in coordination with operations teams.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure visual standards are executed and adjusted based on sales performance.
- Deliver timely reporting and sales analysis to regional management and support decision-making with store-level insights.
- Own shared responsibility for the store P&L and take corrective action to protect margin and profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of retail experience, including at least 5 years of store management in a luxury environment.
- Proven leadership capacity to recruit, develop and motivate high-performing teams; strong people-management skills.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with experience resolving complex client issues and escalations.
- Proficient digital literacy and comfort using retail systems; able to interpret sales reporting and KPI dashboards.
- College degree or equivalent professional experience; additional languages considered an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication and mediation skills.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of retail experience overall, with at least 5+ years in store management within a luxury setting, including P&L responsibility and clienteling leadership.
Education
College degree or equivalent professional experience.
