Store Director at LOEWE Madison Avenue, New York. Luxury retail leadership role, $190K–$200K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and empower sales associates towards achieving and exceeding personal and category sales objectives while applying retail excellence standards
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor through coaching and mentoring of the sales team
- Manage and lead team efforts in clienteling, including effective usage of client books for new client acquisition and retention
- Meet set category and consignment percentage of total business goals as defined by management
- Facilitate solutions to customer issues and directly handle raised complaints with professionalism and care
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and brand experience at all times
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and the Retail Handbook
- Perform daily reporting and analysis as directed by regional management
- Oversee store visual merchandising guidelines and support the Visual Merchandising Manager in implementing strategic environmental changes
- Review sales performance frequently and take action on visual merchandising to drive increased revenue
- Mentor sales associates with on-the-spot feedback based on facts and observations
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards through regular operational follow-up
- Share responsibility for the profit and loss of the store
Qualifications
- 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury retail setting
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient digital literacy and familiarity with retail management systems
- Demonstrated ability to empower others and build effective, high-performing teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to mediate and resolve customer and operational concerns effectively
- Proven service orientation and customer focus
- Foreign language proficiency preferred

Experience
Minimum 5 years of store management experience within a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth. Prior experience in flagship or premium retail locations is highly valued.
Education
College degree or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail management.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 190,000 to USD 200,000 per annum.
