LOEWE Store Director – Rodeo Drive, Los Angeles. Lead luxury retail operations, manage team, and drive sales. $180K–$185K. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and continuously empower sales associates to achieve and exceed personal and category sales objectives while applying retail excellence principles
- Demonstrate leadership through active engagement on the selling floor, coaching and mentoring the sales team in best practices
- Manage and lead team efforts in clienteling initiatives, including effective usage of client relationship management tools and systems for new client acquisition and retention
- Meet established category and consignment percentage of total business goals as defined by senior management
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and handle raised customer issues or complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Support visual merchandising guidelines and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to implement vital changes to the store's visual environment
- Perform daily reporting and analysis as directed by regional or corporate leadership
- Mentor sales associates in real-time to provide clear, fact-based feedback and guidance on performance
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards through regular operational follow-up and completion of related initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, procedures, and the Retail Handbook across daily store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience in a luxury retail setting
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient digital literacy and comfort with retail management software systems
- Demonstrated ability to empower others and build effective, high-performing teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to mediate and resolve concerns with emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated service orientation and customer-focused mindset
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus

Experience
Minimum 5 years of store management experience within a luxury fashion and leather goods setting, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and leading high-performing retail teams.
Education
College degree or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comprehensive retail management capability.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 180,000 to USD 185,000 per annum.
