Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse retail team through coaching, feedback, and mentorship while building succession pipelines and creating an encouraging work environment
• Manage customer flow and service delivery to exceed client expectations, role-modelling consultative selling techniques and building a client-centric culture
• Drive top-line sales growth by identifying market opportunities, developing targeted action plans, and maximizing category potential within the store
• Build and cultivate a loyal client database through effective clienteling strategies and omnichannel engagement
• Represent the brand through networking, local market engagement, and awareness-building activities
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends, translating insights into actionable business strategies and sharing opportunities with stakeholders
• Ensure flawless implementation of retail operational standards including health and safety compliance, inventory management, facility maintenance, and grooming guidelines
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members to ensure positive organizational immersion

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in a luxury retail or similar upscale environment
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth and profitability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
• Deep knowledge of and passion for luxury fashion, art, and culture
• Client-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding service expectations
• Fluency in English

Experience

Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience within a luxury retail environment or equivalent upscale commercial setting, demonstrating success in managing diverse teams, driving commercial results, and maintaining elevated service standards.

Education

Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
