Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop sales associates toward exceeding personal and category sales objectives while maintaining retail excellence standards
- Actively mentor and coach the sales team on the floor, providing real-time feedback and fostering professional growth
- Drive clienteling initiatives and client book management to acquire and retain high-value customers
- Achieve category and consignment sales targets as defined by management
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism, ensuring elevated service experiences
