Loewe Stock Keeper
LOEWE seeks a Stock Keeper in Paris (Galeries Lafayette) — temporary, on‑site role managing inventory and back‑of‑house logistics.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the stockroom to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is clearly organised to enable efficient flow between back and front of house.
- Receive and check incoming deliveries against invoices; report and follow up on any discrepancies with HQ/Inventory.
- Unpack deliveries and place stock safely and correctly in designated locations.
- Manage stock transfers to and from the store and coordinate returns to the warehouse.
- Support stock flow and packaging between back and front of house to ensure the right product availability on the shop floor.
- Notify the store team promptly of new arrivals and process product requests from Visual, Merchandising and Press.
- Plan and support periodic and ad‑hoc stock takes; investigate, reconcile and communicate variances to the Manager.
- Process all paperwork, reports and administrative tasks related to stock management.
- Coordinate aftersales processes (repairs, alterations) to guarantee an excellent client experience.
- Fully participate in store activities including morning briefings and required training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in stockkeeping, inventory or back‑of‑house roles, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to meet individual objectives and contribute to team results.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to influence colleagues across functions.
- Autonomous, reliable and able to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Fluent in French.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years in stockkeeping, inventory control or a back‑of‑house role; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, retail or supply chain is advantageous.
