LOEWE seeks Stock Keeper in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and support retail operations in this full-time luxury fashion role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stockroom organization to the highest standards with merchandise stored clearly and efficiently, enabling smooth flow between back and front of house
- Manage stock deliveries, verify against invoices, and report discrepancies to headquarters and inventory management
- Unpack and safely place all deliveries in designated locations within the stockroom
- Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store and warehouse, including return processes
- Support the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house to ensure right-hand product availability on the sales floor
- Promptly inform the store team of new stock arrivals
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings to management
- Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration connected with stock management
- Collaborate with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Press) to fulfill product requests
- Support and coordinate the after-sales process including repairs and alterations to ensure excellent client experience
- Fully integrate and participate in store activities including morning briefings and relevant training
Qualifications
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Clear communication skills with ability to connect with and influence various stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Dutch

Experience
Minimum 3 years in a stockroom or inventory management role, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail sector, with demonstrated success in achieving individual targets whilst contributing to broader team objectives.
Education
