LOEWE Stock Keeper position in Amsterdam, Netherlands—manage inventory and back-of-house operations in a luxury fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stockroom organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and systematically for efficient front-and-back-of-house flow
- Manage incoming deliveries, verify contents against invoices, and report any discrepancies to headquarters and inventory management
- Unpack and place stock safely in designated locations within the stockroom
- Control and oversee stock transfers between the retail floor and warehouse, managing returns to distribution facilities
- Facilitate the seamless flow of stock and packaging materials between back-of-house operations and the retail floor to maximize product availability and client experience
- Promptly notify the store team of new stock arrivals and ensure timely placement on the sales floor
- Coordinate and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings to management
- Process all documentation, reports, and administrative tasks related to stock management
- Collaborate with internal teams (visual merchandising, product marketing, press relations) to fulfill product requests
- Coordinate the after-sales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure exceptional client service
- Participate fully in store activities including morning briefings, training sessions, and team initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar stockroom or inventory management role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet individual performance targets whilst contributing effectively to team objectives
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Clear communication abilities and capacity to build positive relationships across multiple departments and levels
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team structure
