LOEWE Senior Production Planner in Getafe, Madrid. Temporary role managing components and finished goods production planning for luxury fashion manufacturer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and validate Components and Finished Goods capacity assumptions and identify potential capacity optimization levers
- Ensure production planning master data completeness, consistency, and alignment with actual workshop operations
- Build feasible production plans by workshop aligned with demand forecasts, workshop capacity constraints, and raw material availability
- Define and execute novelty ramp-up plans with workshops and monitor efficiency improvements during production transitions
- Assess production planning impacts on finished product availability at the central Distribution Centre and alert leadership of projected shortages or overstock situations
- Serve as primary contact for Supply Chain Demand and Distribution Planning teams regarding finished product availability for assigned business segments
- Share production schedules with workshops and track implementation and adherence to plans
- Evaluate workshop production organization and planning processes to identify maturity improvement opportunities and track progress on action plans
- Monitor and challenge workshop key performance indicators to drive continuous operational excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a production planner, preferably in luxury fashion or apparel manufacturing
- Excellent knowledge of production planning principles, MRP systems, and supply chain optimization
- Proficiency with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated critical thinking capability to evaluate and improve workshop processes and capacity planning
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Spanish
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a track record of developing effective operational solutions

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, ideally within the luxury fashion or apparel manufacturing sector, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex multi-site production environments and cross-functional supply chain coordination.
