Senior HR Manager (Maternity Cover) at LOEWE Paris. Join the EMEA Retail HR team supporting Northern Europe stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to managers and employees across Northern Europe, providing strategic counsel and hands-on support
- Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Coach and support line managers on people management, performance evaluation, and team effectiveness
- Manage complex HR issues in compliance with local legislation, internal policy, and business requirements
- Draft disciplinary, grievance, and related employee relations documentation as required
- Liaise with external legal counsel on employment matters where appropriate
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain aligned with legislative developments and organizational standards
- Lead and support the annual salary review process and bonus cycle in partnership with the HR Director
- Support compensation benchmarking and benefits review activity across the region
- Manage headcount and salary budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with approved plans
- Partner with business leaders to optimize headcount in line with budgets and organizational needs
- Oversee payroll coordination with local providers to ensure accurate processing and compliance
- Maintain HR data integrity across systems and ensure monthly reporting accuracy
- Lead and support ad hoc HR projects as required
- Provide line management support and mentoring to the HR team
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of significant HR generalist experience at Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner level
- Strong, practical working knowledge of French employment law and HR practices
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations issues in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
- Solid understanding of compensation processes, payroll management, budgeting, and HR reporting
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication, influencing, and organizational leadership skills

Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably at a Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner level in a fast-paced, multinational retail or luxury goods environment. Candidate should have direct experience managing complex employee relations matters across multiple European jurisdictions, particularly France.
