LOEWE seeks Senior Global Training Manager for Madrid. Lead collection and product training strategy for luxury fashion retail academy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with central Merchandising and Product teams to develop, design, plan, and implement collection trainings including styling content and digital versions
- Analyse and identify retail training needs across the organization to design and implement targeted training materials
- Support expertise training launches with local sessions across zones as needed
- Accelerate implementation of styling and clienteling skills within training content
- Support training strategies with focus on improving KPI sell-through and business priorities
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions each season
- Support launch of new fundamental training in geographic zones with training sessions and coaching
- Support new store openings with comprehensive training sessions and on-site coaching
- Organize and oversee seasonal product photography shoots in the showroom
- Animate and cultivate product and collection communities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar training role within an international environment
- Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory); Spanish and French highly desirable
- Extensive experience in training design and delivery across both in-class and online modalities
- Strong knowledge of innovative and varied learning methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and presentation tools
- High taste level with demonstrated passion for fashion, retail, lifestyle, art, design, and craft
