LOEWE seeks a Temporary Senior Client Advisor in Short Hills, New Jersey, to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive luxury retail sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for results and supporting colleagues in sales performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, and advising clients while exceeding their expectations
- Exemplify LOEWE's brand history and heritage through knowledgeable and engaging client interactions
- Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to highlight product categories and execute cross-selling and upselling strategies
- Develop meaningful relationships with diverse clientele by creating an engaging and welcoming environment
- Build and cultivate a personal client book, updating client information within company systems and leveraging available tools to develop existing relationships and recruit new clients
- Demonstrate advanced clienteling and sales leadership capabilities to foster long-term customer loyalty
- Collaborate as a committed team member in all store activities and objectives
- Actively participate in visual merchandising initiatives in accordance with LOEWE's design and display standards
- Maintain products and store spaces in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner throughout front and back of house areas
- Support inventory management activities and assist with ad hoc back-of-house operational tasks
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including LOEWE's standards regarding grooming and professional conduct
- Mentor new team members and serve as a buddy to support onboarding and development initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding individual sales targets to become a top performer and key team contributor
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within luxury leather goods and/or ready-to-wear retail
- Demonstrated deep interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Proven ability to work effectively within diverse and dynamic team environments
- Exceptional communication skills with sensitivity and finesse in building and maintaining client relationships
- Results-driven commercial mindset balanced with collaborative team player mentality

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, specifically within leather goods and/or ready-to-wear sectors, demonstrating proven success in a client advisory or senior sales role with consistent achievement of individual and team objectives.
