LOEWE seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Scottsdale, AZ to drive sales, cultivate client relationships and represent the maison's leather heritage.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while supporting overall store performance.
  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience through attentive greeting, listening, advisory selling and relationship-building.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across leather goods and ready-to-wear to cross-sell and upsell relevant categories.
  • Develop, maintain and grow a proprietary client book, accurately recording client data in company CRM/clienteling tools.
  • Exercise sales leadership and advanced clienteling techniques to grow existing clients and recruit new long-term clients.
  • Contribute to store visual merchandising and uphold LOEWE’s presentation and grooming standards.
  • Maintain efficient, secure and organised stock handling; support inventory control and back-of-house tasks.
  • Mentor new joiners and support team development through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' retail experience, ideally within leather goods and/or ready-to-wear.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales targets; history as a top performer preferred.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art and culture and the ability to embody the brand’s heritage.
  • Experience working within diverse, fast-paced teams and the ability to coach and inspire colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity to develop and maintain a client book.

Experience

Minimum three years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with leather goods or ready-to-wear; demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in fashion, business, arts or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
