LOEWE is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Soho, New York — drive luxury client relationships and sales at $25–$28/hr with comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
  • Develop and maintain deep, personalised client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up and an organised client book.
  • Deliver exceptional, luxury-level customer service with expert product knowledge and storytelling about LOEWE’s heritage and collections.
  • Use CRM tools to record accurate client data, segment customers and execute targeted clienteling and event communications.
  • Support visual presentation and merchandising on the sales floor to LOEWE standards and assist in maintaining store image.
  • Manage client-related issues end-to-end, including shipping, alterations and post-sale service, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to stockroom organisation, inventory control, shipping/receiving tasks and general store housekeeping as required.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a positive, communicative and team-oriented retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of progressive luxury fashion retail sales experience, preferably in a comparable flagship or boutique environment.
  • Proven track record of surpassing individual and store KPIs and cultivating high-value client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and manage follow-through.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills; foreign language ability is an asset but not required.

Experience
