LOEWE is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in New York (Soho) to drive sales and cultivate client relationships at the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs.
- Develop and maintain enduring, personalised relationships with high-value and prospective clients.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by demonstrating deep product knowledge and articulating LOEWE’s heritage.
- Use CRM tools to record accurate customer data, manage a client book and execute personalised outreach (email, phone, handwritten notes).
- Proactively promote store events and follow up on invitations, RSVPs and post-event engagement.
- Support visual presentation and merchandising to LOEWE standards and contribute to overall store image upkeep.
- Maintain organised sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company procedures; support inventory control.
- Manage client requests related to shipping, alterations and post-sale service with timely follow-through.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a cooperative workplace and share commercial opportunities.
- Assist with shipping/receiving operations and other ad hoc store tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury fashion retail sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong organisational follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships and manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with high adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous but not required.

Minimum 5 years' luxury retail sales experience, with a proven history of surpassing sales targets and cultivating long-term client relationships.
