The Senior Client Advisor at Loewe in Dubai delivers personable, engaging client service, exceeds sales objectives and builds long-term client relationships through product expertise and advanced clienteling. The role is permanent and full-time, with responsibility for supporting store operations, visual merchandising and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve individual and team objectives, take accountability for sales results, and support the team in sales.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by greeting, listening to, assisting, and advising each client, and exceeding their expectations.
• Represent the brand’s history and heritage.
• Showcase product categories through exceptional product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
• Engage with diverse clients, put them at ease, and develop long-lasting relationships.
• Develop and grow a client book, updating client information using relevant company tools.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, using available tools to develop existing clients and recruit new ones for long-term relationships.
• Collaborate as a team player in activities that contribute to the store’s overall objectives.
• Participate actively in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE’s visual standards.
• Maintain products efficiently and keep front- and back-of-house areas clean, secure, and organized.
• Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including LOEWE’s grooming and conduct standards.
• Support management in developing the team through mentoring and/or buddying new joiners.
