Role & Responsibilities

• Accurately process client transactions on the POS system and collect client information in the database
• Verify merchandise pricing, wrap and bag items to the highest standards, and process returns, exchanges, and refunds per company policy
• Process staff sales, answer client calls, and ensure proper customer follow-up and CRM documentation
• Manage register opening and closing procedures, reconcile cash, and process e-reservation and consignment transactions
• Support VIC and BA clients when the Client Advisor is unavailable and coordinate repairs from intake through completion with warehouse and headquarters
• Maintain inventory in an organized, secure, and efficient manner; ticket all merchandise and participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Support sales staff with merchandise needs, assist with special projects as directed, and maintain store standards for presentation and housekeeping
• Track asset movement and support all inventory-related activities while exemplifying brand core values in client interactions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven customer service and cashier experience
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong numeracy skills and proficiency with POS systems
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability and service-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years in customer service, retail operations, or cashier roles within a luxury or high-end retail setting.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail operations or business coursework preferred but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 25 per hour.
