Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
- Deliver personalised, high-touch clienteling that reflects LOEWE’s product knowledge and heritage.
- Use CRM tools to capture and maintain accurate client records, drive targeted outreach and support future sales opportunities.
- Maintain store standards: orderly sales floor and stockroom, adherence to brand image and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support inventory control, shipping/receiving and general housekeeping as required.
- Promote store events and initiatives via phone, email and bespoke client communications.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a positive, service-oriented team environment and share market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organisational follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to diverse client needs.
- Team-oriented attitude and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business requires.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of direct luxury fashion sales experience in a boutique or high-end department store, with documented success against sales targets and demonstrated client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not mandatory.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Palm Beach, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 25 per hour.
