LOEWE seeks a Seasonal Client Advisor in East Hampton, NY — temporary on-site role building luxury client relationships. $20–$25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs.
- Deliver highly personalized client service to build enduring relationships and deep product loyalty.
- Leverage CRM tools to capture and maintain accurate client records and to drive tailored outreach.
- Manage the client book: initiate regular contact, follow up promptly on inquiries, sales and events.
- Support visual presentation and merchandising to maintain LOEWE image and in-store standards.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and compliant with company procedures.
- Promote store events and client initiatives via phone, email and personalized correspondence.
- Handle client-related services including shipping, alterations and after-sales care.
- Assist with shipping/receiving, inventory control and general housekeeping as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets while nurturing client relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Collaborative team orientation with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays as business demands.
- Foreign language ability considered a plus but not required.

Experience
Minimum three years of experience in luxury fashion retail demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets, strong client development skills and familiarity with luxury product presentation and CRM-driven clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certificates in luxury retail, sales or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 25 per hour.
