LOEWE seeks a Seasonal Client Advisor in East Hampton, NY — temporary retail role focused on luxury clienteling and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets, contributing to store performance and business growth.
- Provide highly personalized, luxury-level customer service to build enduring client relationships and foster repeat business.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture and maintain accurate client data, manage an organized client book and execute targeted follow-up communications.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain product presentation aligned with LOEWE standards.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, support inventory control, receiving and shipping as required.
- Promote store events and client experiences through email, phone outreach and personalized notes.
- Address client service issues promptly, including enquiries about shipping, alterations and after-sales care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to cultivate a positive, team-oriented working environment and share knowledge of product and brand heritage.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience within luxury fashion or high-end accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong clienteling and relationship-building ability.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities with consistent follow-through.
- Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and holiday periods according to store needs.
- Adaptable to diverse client profiles and service expectations; foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum three years of luxury-fashion retail sales experience demonstrating consistent achievement of individual and store KPIs and sustained client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or luxury brand management preferred.
