Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Samples Room team by preparing, packing and shipping sample requests in a timely and secure manner.
- Monitor and record all sample movements using Fashion GPS, ensuring tracking and inventory records are accurate and up to date.
- Organize, maintain and preserve samples to guarantee they are presentation-ready for shipping, fittings and events.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, PR, Showroom, Product teams) to prioritize and fulfil urgent sample requests.
- Contribute to stock audits, labeling, and general upkeep of the Samples Room to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in university studies with the ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca).
- High level of spoken and written Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Right to work in Spain: EU students must hold a student NIE; non-EU candidates must have a valid work permit.
- Availability for a 6–12 month internship with the working schedule typically 9:00–18:00 (Mon–Thu) and 9:00–15:00 (Fri).
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
