Role & Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management and mentoring of Client Advisors
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager or Store Operations Manager
• Lead by example on the sales floor and mentor staff on standard processes
• Serve as keyholder with opening and closing responsibilities
• Ensure sales team enhances downtime and completes tasks to LOEWE standards
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards in partnership with Store Director and Store Operations Manager
• Conduct weekly meetings with Client Advisors to review sales projections and provide mentorship on sales penetration
• Demonstrate confidence in conflict resolution for both internal and external matters
• Assist the sales team in serving clients when necessary
• Lead executives, VIPs, and VIC guests through the store, discussing artwork, collections, and company business
• Partner with back-of-house team to ensure accurate consignment checking, packing, and returns in timely manner
• Complete all paperwork and procedures related to consignments, distance orders, and stylist agreements
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through strong personal business development and leading by example on monthly sales targets
• Support Store Management in deploying training programmes to all Client Advisors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail environment experience
• 2+ years of supervisor or department manager experience
• Proven experience driving positive customer interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

5+ years in a retail environment with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or department manager role, demonstrating proven success in driving positive customer interactions and leading sales teams in a luxury retail setting.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management certification or relevant coursework preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 30 per hour.
