Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily leadership and mentoring of the Client Advisor team; deputize as Manager on Duty when required.
• Drive personal sales performance and lead by example to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Run weekly coaching sessions to review sales projections, customer strategies and development plans for Client Advisors.
• Manage keyholding duties including opening and closing the store and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain elevated client experience standards, escorting VIPs and executives through the store and presenting collections and artwork confidently.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Store Leadership to ensure windows and in-store displays meet LOEWE standards.
• Partner with back-of-house (BOH) on consignments, returns and stock organisation to guarantee timely, accurate handling and support retail stock control.
• Resolve customer and internal conflicts with professionalism and discretion; assist Client Advisors with complex client interactions as needed.
• Oversee completion of paperwork and processes related to consignments, distance orders and stylist agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in a retail environment, with at least two years in a supervisory or department manager role.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales objectives and building a personal client portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organisational aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop retail teams.
• Availability to work a full retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
