Sales Intern position at Loewe Perfumes in Madrid, Spain—develop commercial skills in luxury beauty through hands-on experience with sales strategy and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in sell-in development and support commercial strategy through sales analysis and activations
- Conduct sales performance, KPI, market, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
- Support retail administration and provide administrative commercial assistance to the commercial department
- Supervise field team performance and optimize commercial processes, objectives, and distribution routes
- Ensure proper execution of merchandising strategy at points of sale and retail locations
- Coordinate with trade, training, and digital departments to align commercial initiatives
- Develop and present innovative ideas to drive sales success and activate new market opportunities
- Prepare materials and provide logistical support for commercial seminars and training events
- Support the development of sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports
- Coordinate and prepare sales incentive programs and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Fluent Spanish and English (C1 level minimum); French is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Understanding of or sensitivity to the luxury goods market
- Availability for full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday) with immediate start
- Capacity to commit to a minimum 9-month university internship agreement

Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification is beneficial.
