Role & Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Manage daily boutique operations and allocate tasks to staff as directed by the Store Manager.
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate knowledge of products, brand history, and culture.
- Maintain personal conduct and appearance in alignment with brand standards.
- Implement and report on sales plans, conduct daily inventory checks, and ensure product security and proper placement.
- Oversee the functioning of computer systems and POS machines, reporting any issues promptly.
- Manage boutique product inventory and maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
- Handle various in-store incidents, including customer complaints.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum height requirement of 160 cm for females and 170 cm for males.
- Secondary vocational education or higher.
- Excellent personal appearance and demeanor.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in beauty, fragrance, luxury sales, or a similar role is required.
Education
Secondary vocational education or higher.
