LOEWE Client Advisor (Mandarin-Speaker) in London – luxury retail role at Harrods, full-time, on-site position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives whilst exceeding client service expectations
  • Connect with clients in an engaging and emotional manner to create memorable experiences
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through personalized communication via email, telephone, messaging, and handwritten correspondence
  • Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product narratives with authentic storytelling
  • Cultivate and grow personal client portfolio, maintaining accurate and current information in designated company systems
  • Collaborate effectively with team members on all store activities and commercial objectives
  • Execute visual merchandising initiatives in accordance with LOEWE's visual standards and guidelines
  • Maintain products, displays, and store environment with meticulous attention to cleanliness, organization, and security both front and back of house
  • Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house operational tasks
  • Uphold company policies and LOEWE's standards regarding personal grooming, appearance, and professional conduct

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a customer-centric retail or luxury sales environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving individual sales goals and contributing to team results
  • Deep interest in fashion, contemporary art, and cultural initiatives
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to translate brand narratives into compelling client conversations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity to diverse client needs
