LOEWE Client Advisor role at New Bond Street, London. Full-time, permanent luxury retail position requiring 3+ years experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store-level commercial objectives
  • Create meaningful client connections through emotionally intelligent and engaging service delivery
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication via multiple channels—email, phone, messaging, and personalized correspondence
  • Articulate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product narratives with expert storytelling
  • Cultivate and expand a personal client book with meticulous CRM documentation and segmentation
