LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in London (New Bond Street). Deliver exceptional luxury client service and grow long-term relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently exceptional, personalised client service to achieve individual and store sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach (email, phone, messaging, personalised notes) and regular follow-up.
- Grow and manage a client book, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records in company systems.
- Present LOEWE’s brand history, heritage and product narratives through compelling storytelling and demonstrable product knowledge across categories.
- Contribute actively to in-store visual merchandising and ensure presentation aligns with LOEWE’s visual standards.
- Maintain high standards of store housekeeping: organise product displays, back-of-house areas and support inventory control processes.
- Work collaboratively as a team player in all store activities, adhering to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in a client-facing retail or luxury sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting individual targets and contributing to team results.
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity for building and nurturing a client portfolio.
- Fluent English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Genuine interest in fashion, art and culture and an inclusive, open-minded approach to client service.

Minimum three years in a customer-centric retail or luxury sales position demonstrating consistent achievement of individual and store objectives.
Education
Secondary education (A‑level/GCSE or equivalent) required; formal retail or luxury sales training, diplomas in fashion/visual merchandising or related qualifications are a plus.
