LOEWE is hiring a Client Advisor in London (Heathrow T3) to deliver personalised luxury service, grow client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive selling and effective client follow-up.
- Connect with clients to deliver personalised, emotionally engaging and memorable luxury experiences.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through regular communication (email, phone, messages, personalised notes).
- Master and convey LOEWE’s brand heritage and product stories across categories, with persuasive product knowledge and storytelling.
- Develop and grow a confidential client book; keep client records up to date in the company CRM/tools.
- Support visual merchandising activities to maintain LOEWE’s boutique standards and contribute to in‑store presentation.
- Maintain merchandise and boutique areas in an organised, secure and customer‑ready condition; support inventory and back‑of‑house tasks.
- Collaborate as an active team player in all store initiatives and adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client‑facing experience, preferably in luxury retail or a customer‑centric environment.
- Proven track record of meeting individual sales targets and contributing to team results.
- Strong commercial sense with a results‑driven approach while preserving a collaborative team attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and cultural sensitivity to build a diverse client portfolio.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.

Minimum three years in luxury retail or customer‑facing sales roles with demonstrable success in developing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
