LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in Barcelona (temporary, on-site) to deliver exceptional luxury client service and grow client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store objectives through consistent commercial performance.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering personalised, emotionally engaged service across channels (in‑store, phone, email, messages).
- Develop and grow a client book; maintain accurate client records using company CRM and internal tools.
- Communicate LOEWE’s brand history, heritage and product stories to highlight product categories and drive conversion.
- Participate actively in visual merchandising and maintain the store front and back‑of‑house in line with LOEWE visual standards.
- Support inventory management, stock procedures and ad hoc back‑of‑house tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate as a committed team player on store activities, events and promotions while adhering to company policies and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ proven experience in a client‑facing role within luxury retail or high‑end service environments.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting individual goals and supporting team results.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture; genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and product detail.
- Inclusive, adaptable and service‑oriented manner with high emotional intelligence and commercial acumen.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique sales, or an equivalent customer‑centric role with demonstrable results in client development and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education or vocational training in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.

This position is based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
