LOEWE Client Advisor (temporary) in Amsterdam — deliver exceptional client service, grow a client book and represent LOEWE's leather-led collections.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Deliver an engaging, personalised and memorable client experience that fosters long-term relationships.
  • Proactively connect with clients through regular communication (email, phone, messaging and handwritten notes) to develop a client book.
  • Transmit LOEWE’s brand history, heritage and product storytelling to clients with authoritative product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update information in company CRM/tools.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities and ensure displays meet LOEWE visual standards.
  • Keep salesfloor and back-of-house areas organised, clean and secure; manage product presentation.
  • Support inventory handling and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player in all store initiatives and events.
  • Adhere to company policies and LOEWE standards regarding grooming, conduct and service.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in achieving individual targets and contributing to team results.
  • Previous experience in a customer-centric retail or luxury environment preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Authentic interest in fashion, art and culture with an ability to communicate passion to clients.
  • Confident, service-oriented, adaptable and empathetic demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills with sensitivity for building and maintaining a high-value client portfolio.
  • Commercially minded and results-driven while maintaining collaborative team behaviour.

Experience
