LOEWE Internship: Retail People Training & Development Intern in Madrid. Support global retail learning initiatives for a luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing learning materials, toolkits, and multimedia resources tailored to different retail profiles, including video content, visuals, and presentations
- Contribute to the preparation of train-the-trainer sessions and comprehensive facilitation guides for both digital and classroom delivery
- Collaborate on the co-development and continuous update of onboarding tools across digital and in-person formats
- Support the development and launch of a new global onboarding platform for retail teams
- Collect, organize, and synthesize feedback from international regions on key learning initiatives
- Coordinate regional follow-up activities to ensure alignment and consistency across markets
- Manage translations and cultural adaptation of learning materials as needed
- Execute project coordination and management tasks, tracking timelines and priorities
- Assist with logistics and organization of Retail Learning Experiences held in Madrid
- Create and manage purchase orders and monitor vendor follow-up
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or accredited business school and eligible to sign an internship agreement through your institution
- Valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) if EU citizen, or valid work permit if non-EU citizen
- Degree (in progress or completed) in Organizational Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages (Chinese, Japanese, etc.) is advantageous
- Previous retail or retail training experience is preferred
