Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct and control the movement of all merchandise entering and leaving the store, ensuring adherence to company shipping and receiving policies.
  • Maintain inventory in a secure, organised and efficient manner; own the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
  • Manage inter‑store transfers, stock rotations and incoming/outgoing shipments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure all merchandise is correctly ticketed, packaged to brand standards and replenished proactively to meet business needs.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end client delivery process, including documentation, tracking, troubleshooting and consistent follow‑up on shipping or alteration issues.
  • Support sales and visual teams by locating in‑stock items for client requests and assisting with fixture, prop and merchandise moves.
  • Record and process inventory adjustments (damages, RTVs, discrepancies) and participate actively in reconciliation efforts.
  • Co‑ordinate facility and fixture maintenance, and assist with general housekeeping to preserve the store image.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail operations, stockroom or logistics experience; prior experience within luxury retail highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures, inventory control and cycle count methodology.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to accuracy and record keeping.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including moving fixtures and merchandise.
  • On‑site availability and flexibility to support store operational needs and occasional peak periods.

Experience
