LOEWE seeks a Retail Operations & Inventory Manager (maternity cover) in Madrid. Fixed‑term role overseeing stock, provisioning and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day retail operational excellence across stores, including provisioning flows for uniforms, packaging and other selling‑ceremony/back‑of‑house (BOH) assets.
- Orchestrate end‑to‑end cross‑department processes for store provisioning: anticipate drops, lock forecasts, chase confirmations, track deliveries and manage exceptions (delays, quality issues, missing items).
- Ensure stock accuracy through oversight of stock management processes (cycle counts, receptions, transfers) and propose process improvements.
- Monitor, analyse and report on operational KPIs at store, regional and global levels to identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Support implementation of operational strategies and initiatives, contributing to store handbooks, operating guidelines and BOH organisation improvements.
- Coordinate activities between regional teams, internal departments and external suppliers/vendors to ensure smooth execution of operational projects and consistent store support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain or Inventory Management (retail environment preferred).
- Proven ability to ramp up quickly, work autonomously and ensure continuity during handover for a fixed‑term cover role.
- Strong analytical aptitude with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience producing management reports and dashboards.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple requests and tight deadlines.
- High degree of integrity, ownership and sound judgement with an ability to escalate appropriately.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience across internal teams and external suppliers.

Minimum five years of progressive experience in retail operations, inventory control or supply‑chain functions, with demonstrable experience in end‑to‑end store provisioning, stock accuracy processes and cross‑functional project coordination.
