Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deliver national sales targets in partnership with the Senior Commercial Manager; develop bespoke POS strategies to maximise business performance.
- Monitor retail KPIs, analyse market trends and competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities and market-entry initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop store managers and retail teams to elevate client experience, selling capability, operations and visual standards.
- Design, deliver and oversee training programmes (brand induction, launches, customer journey, advanced selling) across formats from 1:1 coaching to large workshops.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with retail partners and store leadership to strengthen brand positioning and support exclusive events and activations.
- Establish succession plans and talent pipelines, championing a collaborative, inclusive culture aligned to brand values.
- Travel up to four days per week to UK retail locations; represent the brand at retailer meetings and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in area/regional management or equivalent senior retail leadership within the luxury sector.
- Proven track record of opening POS or leading market-entry programmes and delivering measurable sales growth.
- Demonstrable experience managing remote teams and working with multi-site retail partners.
- Extensive experience designing and delivering training at individual and large-group levels.
- Excellent commercial acumen, analytical ability and hands-on operational experience.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills; ability to inspire and drive change.
- In-depth knowledge of niche perfumery and luxury retail dynamics.
- London-based and able to travel frequently across the UK; additional languages (fr, es, de, it) are advantageous.

Education
