LOEWE Retail Intern position in Bicester, England. 3-month fixed-term contract delivering luxury client service and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store objectives through personable and engaging client interactions
- Connect with clients emotionally to deliver an exceptional and memorable experience
- Develop lasting client relationships and maintain regular communication via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes
- Master and communicate the LOEWE brand history, heritage, and product narratives
- Build and grow a personal client book while updating client information in company systems
- Participate actively as a team member in store activities and collaborative initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising tasks in accordance with LOEWE standards
- Maintain products, displays, and store areas in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE standards for grooming and professional behavior
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-centric retail or hospitality role
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Naturally inclusive and open-minded disposition
- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic communication style
- Strong interpersonal and commercial acumen combined with genuine team-player mentality
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are desirable
