Role & Responsibilities
- Retrieve, compile and analyse retail performance reports; monitor KPIs and identify performance gaps with recommended corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and coordination of Retail Excellence initiatives and strategic projects to enhance customer experience.
- Manage and analyse customer feedback programmes including Net Promoter Score and mystery shopping; contribute to resulting action plans.
- Prepare internal communications, presentations and reports for retail teams and stakeholders.
- Provide cross‑functional analytical support and coordinate with stakeholders across departments for project delivery.
- Assist the Retail Excellence (REX) Manager on new project development and contribute ideas to project definition.
- Support monitoring and definition of global incentive schemes for client advisors in collaboration with other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
- Eligibility to undertake an internship in Spain and ability to sign a university internship agreement (convenio de beca).
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish and additional languages are highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to synthesise large datasets into clear takeaways.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive team player with a service‑oriented mindset and a readiness to learn.

Early‑career candidates or recent graduates; prior experience in a client‑centric service environment or retail is a plus. The role is designed for interns with an appetite for analytical work and cross‑functional collaboration.
