LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor Intern in Milan — 3-month internship focused on clienteling, retail operations and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a refined, personalized client experience through attentive service and tailored interactions.
- Assist CRM and clienteling activities including follow-up communications and relationship-building.
- Present products through informed storytelling and an attentive understanding of the collections.
- Welcome and identify client needs as the first point of contact and direct clients to appropriate advisors.
- Support order preparation, luxury packaging and gifting services.
- Contribute to daily store operations and team collaboration to achieve individual and store objectives.
- Support Visual Merchandising to maintain Loewe presentation standards in-store.
- Assist in the organisation and execution of in-store events and client appointments.
- Support inventory control and other back-of-house operational tasks while adhering to company policies and professional standards.

Experience
Entry-level. Designed for candidates at the beginning of their career—suitable for students or recent graduates with an interest in luxury retail; prior professional experience is not required.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Fashion, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
