LOEWE Perfumes Retail & Sales Manager role in Mexico City. Lead sales team, drive quarterly growth, manage point of sale performance. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise point of sale teams to ensure achievement of sales quotas and performance targets
- Define line objectives to ensure projected growth ranking and market share expansion by retailer and location
- Fulfill monthly sell-out quotas according to each point of sale in the designated area
- Develop commercial strategies at point of sale to maintain business viability and competitive positioning
- Supervise sales and trade marketing activities to ensure alignment with sales objectives
- Resolve operational issues related to beauty consultants and point of sale needs
- Recruit and select qualified beauty consultant teams to meet performance objectives
- Manage team turnover percentage and develop career plans for point of sale staff
- Implement sell-out strategies tailored to each retailer's specific needs and objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management or retail operations experience
- Proven ability to anticipate sales requirements and market/brand needs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated team leadership and talent management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong sales techniques
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

Experience
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in retail sales management, point of sale operations, or channel sales leadership within the beauty, perfumes, or premium consumer goods sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
