LOEWE — Paris: Retail & Operations Administrative Assistant (6-month internship) at the headquarters near Place Vendôme. Full-time internship starting Apr/May 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly commercial performance reports and CRM reporting for the France & Switzerland retail network.
  • Analyse sales and transaction data for each boutique to inform local performance reviews.
  • Maintain and update store manager schedules and assist with rostering coordination.
  • Manage monthly payroll data entry and administration using ADP.
  • Support organisation and coordination of retail trainings and events.
  • Provide operational support in boutiques, including stock control, inventories and occasional merchandise deliveries.
  • Assist with invoice follow-up, supplier creation in the system and boutique budget tracking.
  • Monitor and update boutique maintenance requests and support the Retail Operations Manager in their resolution.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage) required to commence the placement.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Comfort working with numerical and commercial data; strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious and able to prioritise tasks autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous administrative or retail experience is a plus; familiarity with boutique operations is appreciated.
