Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the receipt‑improvement project by analysing and monitoring errors in the physical receipt of raw materials into the warehouse and proposing corrective measures.
  • Identify and categorise recurring discrepancies that generate stopped invoices and help set measurable targets for remediation.
  • Contribute to the design, creation and analysis of a KPI dashboard to monitor reception performance and process efficiency.
  • Manage incoming material orders, issue material orders and verify order data in the ERP/system for accuracy.
  • Prepare follow‑up documentation, track work‑in‑progress and review administrative records to ensure process continuity.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university or vocational programme that permits a formal internship agreement (convenio de beca).
  • Interest in fashion, culture and administrative/business functions within a luxury environment.
  • High level of Spanish and intermediate level of English (both mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to administrative processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and demonstrable mid‑level Excel skills.
