LOEWE seeks a Purchasing Intern in Madrid to support procurement operations and financial reporting in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support weekly monitoring of Purchasing and P2P performance, tracking key process KPIs, identifying blockers, and improving follow-up dashboards in ERP and Power BI
- Prepare, review, and consolidate upload files required to onboard new areas into Purchasing reporting with accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with different departments to gather reporting inputs, understand area-specific mappings, and support reliable reporting structure
- Collaborate with IT department for consolidation and ongoing maintenance of data upload files, including updating of new articles and categorization
- Support supplier master data and spend reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consolidation
- Assist strategic buyers with the realization of analytical studies and supporting documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in studies allowing completion of a formal internship agreement (convenio de beca) with university
- For EU citizens: valid student NIE; for non-EU citizens: appropriate working permit
- Interest in fashion, culture, and a potential career in Purchasing or Finance
- Exceptional attention to detail with pride in work quality and high accuracy when handling data
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
Skills
Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Academic study in business, finance, supply chain, or related field preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in higher education degree program; studies must permit formal internship agreement through university.
