LOEWE Public Relations Trainee in New York—$20/hr, temporary role supporting US PR team with media monitoring, sample trafficking, and logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support US PR team with editorial and VIP sample trafficking, including uploading and managing US sample sets within Launchmetrics
- Coordinate product logistics including messenger services, FedEx, UPS, and domestic/international shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor print and online coverage and execute press clippings
- Maintain organization of sample closet, press library, and administrative supplies
- Assist with seasonal gifting initiatives and research rising talent and influencers aligned with brand aesthetic
- Update and maintain internal distribution lists in Launchmetrics
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in press and media relations internship
- Previous fashion closet or sample management experience
- Proficiency arranging international shipments and creating proformas
- Messenger coordination experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Genuine passion for the luxury fashion industry

Experience
Previous press and media relations internship; previous fashion closet experience; ability to arrange international shipments, create proformas, and coordinate messenger services.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in communications, fashion, public relations, or related field preferred.
