LOEWE seeks a Project Planning & Logistics Specialist in Madrid to coordinate Visual Merchandising and Architecture projects globally.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning and logistics activities for Visual Merchandising and Architecture projects across multiple regions
- Review project timelines and shipping schedules, identifying risks and anticipating potential delays
- Monitor supplier readiness and production milestones to ensure alignment with project deadlines
- Coordinate with external warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment preparation and execution
- Prepare and validate shipment documentation, including packing lists, invoices, and customs-related information
- Support international shipping activities and collaborate with Logistics teams on import and customs clearance processes
- Manage the logistics flow of project samples with accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain tracking tools and reporting systems to provide visibility on project progress and shipment status
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Architecture Project Managers, Supply Chain teams, and external logistics providers
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning, logistics processes, and project delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Coordination within an international environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a structured approach to priority management
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach to operational challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse internal and external teams
- Understanding of international logistics processes, shipping documentation, and customs requirements
