LOEWE hiring Project Management Support in Getafe, Spain. Support development planning operations with scheduling, material coordination, and data management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and updating development schedules for upcoming collections
- Coordinate the movement of materials and samples, and manage sample inventory and documentation
- Act as a point of contact for routine communication with vendors regarding sample status and material availability
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of critical data in development planning systems, including material specifications, supplier information, and project timelines
- Collaborate with key departments to ensure seamless execution of development plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in a support role within planning, supply chain, or product development coordination
- Understanding of project coordination, data management, and administrative tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Analytical skills and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
