LOEWE: Production Planner (Internship) in Getafe, Madrid — temporary role supporting leather-goods production planning and workshop coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and validate finished-goods workshops capacity assumptions and identify capacity levers to address constraints.
- Maintain and ensure reliability of production planning master data (completeness, consistency and alignment with actual production).
- Define and monitor novelties ramp-up plans with workshops and follow-up on workshop efficiency during ramp-up.
- Assess planning impact on finished-product availability at the central Distribution Centre and escalate projected shortages or overstock to the Head of Production Planning.
- Act as the primary contact for Supply Chain teams on finished-product availability for the assigned segment.
- Share, communicate and follow up the production plan with workshops and implement agreed actions.
- Understand workshops’ production organization and planning processes; define and track workshop maturity improvement action plans.
- Monitor, follow up and challenge workshop KPIs to drive performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably within luxury, fashion, or leather goods manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and MRP principles.
- Proven ability to analyse workshop organisation, processes and declared capacity and to propose pragmatic improvement actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to liaise across workshops and supply chain teams.
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills, proactivity and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in production planning or production control, ideally within the luxury fashion, leather goods or apparel manufacturing environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, business administration or a related discipline preferred.

This position is based in Getafe, Madrid, Spain, within easy reach of Madrid.
