Loewe seeks a Production Manager in Malaga, Spain to coordinate manufacturers and drive quality, efficiency and on‑time delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support production activities across multiple manufacturers to improve quality, efficiency and on‑time delivery.
- Lead and coordinate a quality team to uphold Loewe’s product standards and resolve quality incidents.
- Verify manufacturing requirements and production conditions to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Drive industrialisation of new products and support manufacturers to launch new models into production.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (kaizen, observations) and develop action plans and roadmaps for each supplier.
- Facilitate problem‑solving sessions (MRP) and perform process analysis to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Manage change with supplier teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver results.
- Manage and coordinate cross‑functional projects such as annual LION audits and implementation of critical processes.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably within leather goods or luxury accessories.
- Proven team management experience with the ability to lead quality and production teams.
- Formal training or certification in continuous improvement and quality methodologies.
- Strong influencing skills and demonstrated experience managing supplier relationships.
- Analytical mindset with hands‑on technical expertise in leather goods production.
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).

Experience
Preferred 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing environments, ideally with several years in a Production Manager or similar leadership role; candidates should have a demonstrated track record of driving quality and on‑time delivery with external manufacturers. (Minimum 5 years of relevant production experience is required.)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent technical or vocational qualifications with substantial hands‑on experience will be considered.
